– Original packaging must be intact.

– Proof (photos/videos) is required.

4. Non-Returnable Items

– Clothing used or washed

– Electrical/electronic vehicle parts installed once

5. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via bank transfer or wallet transfer within 3–7 business days.

6. Exchange
